Only the guests specified in the contract are permitted on the property. Children, infants and babies must also be specified as individual persons. In case of overcrowding, Holidu or the host is entitled to demand additional payment for the respective period of time. The landlord is also entitled to expel the excess persons from the property.
A beautiful holiday home for 4 people with private pool in the Sayalonga mountains (with internet access). The fantastic view from the terraces of the apartment is especially remarkable.
Casa Julia is located in Sayalonga, in the region of Axarquía, Malaga, Andalusia.This area has the mildest weather in Europe. The international airport of Malaga is only 50 km away, and the beaches of Costa del Sol are 12 km away. In the nearby villages of Sayalonga and Cómpeta you will find shops, restaurants, cafes...
This property is divided in 2 separate apartments, but only one is available. The other is reserved for the (German) owner and remains locked, so you can’t rent it. However, even if he stays there while you’re in Casa Julia he will not use the swimming pool area, so we guarantee you absolute privacy.
The managers of the owners of Casa Julia will pick you up at the agreed meeting point and they will answer any question have. You will be responsible for cleaning the house and the pool.
The nearest beach, in Algarrobo Costa, can be reached in about 20 - 30 minutes by car, but there are also two shortcuts, one of which is relatively difficult to find (we can tell you how to find it the day of your arrival) and the other, at least occasionally, has a few potholes and is therefore not suitable for inexperienced drivers. You don't necessarily need an off-road vehicle, but it can be of great help for less experienced drivers, as well as in winter or autumn. There is a staircase that leads from the road next to Casa Julia to all the apartments (the upper ones are reserved for the owners).
Due to the steepness of the stairs, this apartment is not suitable for old or disabled people. Next to the road, there is space to park a maximum of 2 cars.
There is an infinity pool and a terrace available exclusively for guests. There is also an outdoor shower and a brick barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals.
Also the shaded area with a bench is ideal to enjoy a good book with a glass of wine and relax even during the warm summer months. Andalusia is undoubtedly one of the best holiday areas in Europe, not only because of its good weather and 320 sunny days a year on the Costa del Sol.
The small living room, very cozy and beautifully decorated, is equipped with German satellite TV, a DVD player and a portable stereo with radio and CD player. The kitchen in the lower apartment has a ceramic hob and an extractor hood, a fridge with a small freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster.... Everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday for a small family, for example. There is also a washing machine.
In Casa Julia there are two bedrooms (beds 1.40 m wide and 2.00 m long); since 2016 in the master bedroom there’s a door that leads directly to the pool area. There is nothing better than waking up in the morning and enjoying the view of the coast from the pool!
We would like to point out that as a rule we cannot accept any bookings with booking gaps of more than 2-3 days maximum. The holiday home must therefore be free for up to 2 days before any arrival and after any departure; otherwise, at least 7 days.

Renting a car or a private car is mandatory, as this holiday home is located in the countryside, there are no street names and it is not accessible by public transport. The property is private and although there are houses in the area, none are in the immediate vicinity.
Pool season: usually from 01 April to 31 October

Your on-site support speaks German, English and Spanish. We will meet you at an easy to find place, drive with you to your holiday home, hand you the keys and tell you all the special features of the house and the surroundings. If there should be any problem, we will be at your disposal by e-mail and/or telephone.
Due to legal regulations in Andalusia we need the following information from all tenants before arrival: First name, surname, sex, date of birth, ID number and the date of issue as well as the e-mail address and mobile phone number of the main tenant for contact purposes.
Please note: keys can be handed over on the day of arrival from 16:00 to 22:00. After 22:00 there is a night supplement of 50, - Euro and between 24:00 and 01:00 there is a night supplement of 80, - Euro. It is NOT possible to hand over the keys or to arrive at the house when your flight lands after 23:00 as scheduled. So if you have a night flight arriving later than 23.00 in Malaga we recommend you to book a hotel room directly at the airport!
Please note that a deposit of 400€ must be paid in cash on arrival. The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, once it has been verified that there are no damages, within a maximum period of 2 weeks.
If you bring a dog with you (if allowed according to the property description), a deposit of 200,- Euro and 8,- Euro per night of additional rent will be charged. Please inform us BEFORE booking about the dog breed/type, size, long or short hair!
Note on electricity costs for homes with air conditioning and/or electric heating: On the day of arrival and departure we read the electricity meter together with you. If consumption exceeds the amount included in the rental price (150 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for stays longer than one week), an additional cash payment is required at the property (0.39 euros per kW) for this part of consumption. With economical or reasonable electricity consumption, you can expect around 150 kW per week.
